Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Lines
AEMS operates two advanced SMT lines to ensure high-precision manufacturing. SMT Line 1 features a Panasonic Dual Track High-Speed Line with a 300,000 CPH capacity, equipped with a GKG GL Star printer, 20MP SPI and AOI systems (12μm accuracy), a 12+3 zone nitrogen reflow oven, and inline buffering. SMT Line 2, a JUKI Advanced Line, supports 100,000 CPH with similar precision tools including a GKG printer, 20MP SPI, 5MP post-AOI, and an 8+3 zone reflow oven. Both lines are supported by PCB cleaners and designed for consistent, high-quality output.
Soldering & Assembly Equipment
AEMS is equipped with advanced soldering systems to support through-hole assembly. The JTU 510N Wave Soldering System features a spray flux module, four bottom heaters, two top heaters, and nitrogen atmosphere integration to ensure clean, reliable solder joints. Additionally, the JTU Selective Wave Soldering Station includes a spray flux module, three bottom heaters, two top heaters, and a dual pump module system, enabling precise and efficient selective soldering for complex assemblies.
Auxiliary Systems & Testing Infrastructure
AEMS employs advanced inspection and support systems to uphold the highest quality standards. The Multicomp 2.5D 110kV X-Ray Inspection System enables in-depth analysis of BGA components and multilayer PCBs, ensuring fault detection with high precision. An Automated Solder Paste Management System maintains consistent paste viscosity and provides full traceability, while the Precision Stencil Cleaning Machine ensures stencil integrity, contributing to high-quality and reliable printing results.
